[The entire trek over here--short as it was--had felt surreal and paranoia-inducing. A part of Leon hadn't been convinced he was even awake yet after that dream. He'd gotten half dressed in a sort of daze, double-checking every sound, the lock on his door; walking down the hallway had been an exercise in feeling like he might just drop through it into another nightmare at any second.
But this is even weirder. Naegi opening the door to his totally normal apartment, asking him if he wants anything . . . it's all so ordinary that Leon finally feels fully awake, all at once, and--safe. Mostly. At least, not like Naegi's suddenly going to turn into a monster, or suddenly start strangling him, or anything.
He steps inside, blinking and taking a curious look around.]
